We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $59.95.

We ship via either Australia Post or Courier depending on who offers the best and most efficient service to you location. Shipping times are based on the day of despatch, not the purchase date. If you place an order during the weekends, it will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow 1-2 business days to pack your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery.

Please note, due to COVID-19 there are significant delays with shipping currently. Australia post and couriers are experiencing delays processing and delivering parcels, due to the high volume of parcels currently being sent within their network.

Unfortunately, normal shipping timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

We have received your order and we are quality checking and preparing your order for shipment.

Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm AEST/AEDT. Please allow up to 48 hours from order confirmation to dispatch.

Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.

You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If your delivery is outside of the specified delivery time frame, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with either Australia Post or the courier.

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it.

However, we can't make any promises. We usually start processing your order immediately after you place an order.

If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
